From time to time The Gallery will host a guest chef night which will feature a volunteer culinary master to prepare a delectable meal for your enjoyment. At some of these dinners, The Gallery will donate a percentage of the nights profits and the waiters and waitresses will donate tips to the charity or organization of the guest chefs' choice.
